Gbagbo Arrested

When the conflict in the Ivory Coast started, everyone expected another African conflict and a lot of trouble for the cocoa-rich country. However, the dominance of financial services and industry development in the Ivory coast is something Africa needed and the problem with the state needed to be urgently addressed. In November, the then-president Gbagbo refused to step down after 10 years in power which led to the conflicts spreading all over the country. The problem has now been solved and the ex-president has been arrested by forces loyal top the new regime in the country.

On the 11th of March 2011, Cot D’Ivoare would remember the fall of a person threatening to become a dictator. The politics that the leader of the country was conducting crashed the economy of the country. Previously, the Ivory Coast was the financial, services and investment centre of Western Africa. It was famous for its production, comparatively high income of the population and well-maintained infrastructure. This is also the reason why tourism and international trade were flourishing.

However, the famous Mr Gbagbo put the country through a series of misfortunate deals, could not cope with the high inflation and recession and the Ivory Coast became a small dot on the African map that does not significantly differ from the other African states. Now, after the ex-president was arrested in an assault on his compound, the people in the country might feel the hopw overtaking them again. After all, the cocoa rich Ivory coast has a lot to offer as production. the futureis ahed for them, as a French minister has said when France delivered troops to counter-act the oppression of the ex president. So who knows what happens next - eventually the people of the country might develop even the email marketing successfully as they have the resource to increase production and efficiency.
